Zhixun Smart Battery Handle connects directly to the BMS via communication interface, realizing data sharing, command interaction and status synchronization:

1. Real-time cloud upload of core battery data & visual management

The handle reads BMS real-time data and uploads it to the cloud platform, including:

Total voltage, cell voltage, charge/discharge current, SOC (state of charge), battery temperature, charge/discharge status, cycle count, fault codes (over-voltage, under-voltage, overcurrent, high temperature, low temperature), etc.

This effectively extends battery lifespan, reduces power-loss failures, and eliminates blind operation and maintenance.

2. Remote Control & BMS Linkage: Remote Power Cut, Safety Lock

The Zhixun Smart Battery Handle receives cloud commands and performs safety control in linkage with BMS:

Controls the BMS discharge MOS to disable battery output.

When the battery is stolen, crosses geo-fence, or forcibly disassembled, the GPS system automatically triggers BMS power-off protection.

Safe Recovery

After authorized by legitimate users, the cloud unlocks the battery and restores normal operation.
